Crigg Cottage.

The Linney, Granary, and Carnevas Barn are part of the same fantastic barn conversion. They share a walled and gated outside area at the front, with lawn, and off-road parking spaces.They have been recently refurbished with new bathrooms and kitchens. All upstairs areas are particularly bright and airy with high pitched ceilings and open beams.

Crigg Cottage (sleeps 6) is really quirky and quaint. It is an old and traditional cottage with very low beams downstairs and steep narrow stairs to match. It is semi-detached, although the garden is your’s alone. Downstairs the kitchen has beautiful granite worktops, and traditional slate floors and leads out to the large enclosed and gated garden, with patio, BBQ, picnic table, and large lawn. Off the kitchen is a ‘snug style’ solid oak fitted dining room. Downstairs is split level. Up 2 steps is a wet room (with walk-in shower, loo and basin), and separate utility room leading from the outside off road car parking area - perfect for coming in straight off the beach. There is a cosy sitting room with super soft and squashy L-shaped sofa and log burner. Upstairs is light and airy, with pitched ceilings and open beams. There are 2 double bedrooms (1 is ‘compact and bijoux”), plus 1 twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with basin, loo, bath, and handheld shower.

Thanks for a brilliant holiday. 2 weeks of sunshine, beach life and BBQs! We love the changes you have made especially all the new furnishings. The cottage was really clean and comfortable, and the new beds are great. The first thing I will be doing when I get home is ordering myself a new bed. We slept so well!
